What will you do at Cosmos Collective?

You work on different kinds of projects where you validate new business idea through digital experiments.

• Organise and lead client workshops to gather all necessary business information. You use innovation canvases to structure the meeting: value proposition canvas, business model canvas,…
• Create an experiment plan for all stages of the innovation funnel & select the most impactful experiments based on the formulated hypotheses and time vs impact
• Execute the experiments and/or brief colleagues on necessary assets, e.g. conduct interviews, Boomerang, run A/B tests on social media, Wizard of Oz,…
• Analyse the experiment results and create clear, detailed & attractive reports and/or presentations
• Present your findings to the client during a go / no go meeting
• Create content around digital validation, experiment design, business innovation,…

What do you bring to the table?

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about their job and loves the thrill of a start-up. You aren’t afraid to take initiative and you’re always looking to improve.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a service or business designer position or as an innovation consultant (or a similar position)
• You have experience with relevant business methods, e.g. market analysis, value proposition design, business modelling, business casing, operating model design, etc
• You have a critical mindset with a sharp focus on business strategy, user-centricity and problem solving
• You know how to service your clients and you are solution-oriented
• You are result-driven, flexible, value transparent communication & quality and dare to take ownership
• You live in New York and are fluent in English
