What will you do at Cosmos Collective?
We're looking for a Digital Marketeer to sustain our (inter)national growth! If you thrive on creating impact & growth for your clients, are obsessed with experiments & data, and love to challenge yourself continuously, this job is the right fit!
Monday. You arrive at the office excited about the kick-off meeting with a new client. Your team gets to know their business, and you map their current marketing actions according to the stages of the pirate funnel. Together you determine the scope of the project. Time flies by; team lunch is served. In the afternoon, you have your weekly call with another client to discuss their campaign results, and you follow up on running experiments for a third client.
On Tuesdays, you usually work from home, but today you’re at the office to brainstorm with your squad about an experiment plan: which experiments can we create to test the value proposition of this new business idea? You formulate metrics & KPIs for every action and define the assets you need.
Wednesday, you present your experiment plan to the client, and after their GO, you brief the graphic designer and copywriter on the assets you need to set up your campaign. Today you focus on paid advertising on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. At the end of the day, you have your first set of experiments live. Let’s goooo!
On Thursday, you work at the client’s offices. It makes it that much easier to make decisions and gain speed. You check their native advertising campaigns. Based on the ROI, you optimize the performing ones and kill all the others—no time to waste. Together you decide on the experiments for the next sprint planning.
Wow, Friday already! In the morning, you and a colleague give a workshop where you help a client create their own experiment plan. In the afternoon, you present a final pitch discussing the results of the past 3 months. Before you go home, you enjoy a drink with the team! A happy client, so you are ready for the weekend.
